This collage I did when we were having some severe left hand pain. I got the urge to collage and this came out. I think I had help with it, though i'm not sure who. The word on the small pink square in the triangle on the right side is hand written upside down.
How do you feel now you have done it? Did it help the feelings at all?

It did help at the time yes, not with the pain, but just with expressing it helped, helped it not feel so bad or something. I'm not sure how to put it into words.

It is moving. I am glad that even though there was hand pain, you found a way to get things out.
