Depression

Depression has settled in heavy.
Crying or on the verge all the time.
Can't recall it ever being this bad.
Not sure what to do.

update

Due to a family emergency last week I was out of the state, I didn't get any stitching done.

Last week there was a family emergency and we rushed back to the hometown to be with our nana and pap (good influences in our lives). Pap was in a serious car accident where he flipped his car, he was on a ventilator for a day, but is doing much better now.

We just got back yesterday from being there, and we are emotionally exhausted.
