all I know

All I know is that I sit here crying, tears on and off all day today.
All I know is that I hurt emotionally, physically.
All I know is that I am tired, yet can't sleep.

    wow we have a daughter named meagan, sometimes crying liek this is how its got to be, you cant grieve unless you show emotion
